1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Saple.ai platform, APIs, and related services ("Services") operated by Monobot Agentic Automations LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Services to transmit any harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

3. Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@saple.ai of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models) are owned by Monobot Agentic Automations LLP and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the platform, and you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Services.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Access to paid features requires a valid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monobot Agentic Automations LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
